Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected over the western parts of the
Free State and North West, central and eastern parts of the Northern Cape, Enoch
Mgijima and Intsika Yethu local municipalities of the Eastern Cape as well as the north-
eastern interior of the Western Cape.

Cloudy with morning fog over the western parts, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm, but fine in the north-eastern interior. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh easterly to south-easterly, but light to moderate westerly to north-westerly along the west coast.

Western Half Of The Eastern Cape

Fog in places in the south, otherwise fine and warm but cool along the coast. The wind along the coast will be light to moderate westerly, becoming light north-easterly in the evening.

Eastern Half Of The Eastern Cape

Partly cloudy and warm with isolated light showers and thundershowers over the north and east. It will be windy in places over the northern and western interior. The wind along the coast will be light north-westerly, becoming south-westerly late morning
