1. Very cold, wet and windy conditions are expected over the
southern parts of the Namakwa district in the Northern Cape,
the Cape Winelands, Central and Little Karoo in the Western
Cape, as well as the western high-lying areas in the Eastern
Cape.

Very cold in places in the south, otherwise cloudy and cold to cool with isolated showers and rain in the western parts in the early morning, becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south- easterly.

The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong westerly to south- westerly, moderating whilst becoming southerly to south-easterly along the west coast by late morning. Western Half Of The Eastern Cape

Cloudy and cold with isolated showers and rain but scattered along the coast. Snowfalls are possible over high lying areas around Joubertina. The wind along the coast will be strong south-westerly.

Eastern Half Of The Eastern Cape

Partly cloudy and cool, but cold in places in the north, becoming cloudy south of escarpment with isolated showers and rain. The wind along the coast will be fresh to strong south-westerly.

Kwazulu-Natal

Fine and cool to warm, becoming partly cloudy to cloudy in the afternoon with isolated evening showers and rain along the coast and adjacent interior, including the south-western parts. The wind along the coast will be light north-westerly south of Mtunzini, but moderate northerly to north-easterly in the north.
