A heat wave with persistently high temperatures is expected over the
extreme north-eastern parts of the Eastern Cape, Limpopo, parts of
Mpumalanga until Sunday, but lasting until Monday over the central
and eastern parts of the Free State and North West Province.
Western Parts Of The Northern Cape
Fine and cool in the extreme west with morning mist, otherwise windy and warm, but hot to very hot in the east. The wind along the coast will be light to moderate north to north-easterly, becoming south to south-westerly from the afternoon.

North-West Province

Fine and warm to hot, becoming partly cloudy in the east in the afternoon. It will be windy in the extreme west.
Western Cape
Cloudy with morning fog along the west coast, otherwise fine and cool to warm but hot in the eastern interior. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south-westerly, but moderate westerly along the south coast.

Western Half Of The Eastern Cape
Morning fog in places, otherwise fine and warm. The wind along the coast will be fresh south-westerly, moderating in the evening.
Eastern Half Of The Eastern Cape
Morning fog in places south of the escarpment, otherwise fine and warm, but it will be partly cloudy and cool along the coast. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh south-westerly.
Kwazulu-Natal
Fine and hot to very hot in places over the central and eastern parts but cool in the extreme south-east, becoming partly cloudy in the east by afternoon. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh north-easterly north of Durban, otherwise moderate to fresh south-westerly spreading to Richards bay towards evening.
